About The Position
OTO Development is hiring a Bus Help to support restaurant operations and guest service. The position assists servers and bar staff, keeps tables and restaurant areas clean, maintains liquor stock and inventory, and helps with other restaurant duties as needed. It can be physically demanding and involves extended periods of standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting. Travel outside the property and surrounding areas is little to none.
Requirements
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to going above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work well on a team and maintain a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Comfort with standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting for extended periods.
Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare tables between guests.
- Keep the restaurant clean and maintained, including sweeping, dusting, and picking up trash.
- Support bar staff by keeping liquor stocked and inventory maintained.
- Support servers in their daily tasks.
- Clean up messes and spills as they occur.
- Help with other restaurant duties as needed.
