About The Position
The Menifee Union School District is seeking to establish an eligibility list for the position of Bus Driver. This is a 6-hour position, typically a split shift, operating 195 days per school year, Monday through Friday. The hourly range is from Step 1 at $23.95 to Step 8 at $33.69, with initial salary placement determined by reasonably related experience, ranging from Step 1 to Step 3. All necessary training is included.
Requirements
- Two (2) years of successful driving experience with a demonstrated record of safe driving.
- Possession of a valid and appropriate California Driver’s License.
- Possession of a California Special Drivers Certificate.
- Possession of a Standard Red Cross First Aid Certificate or equivalent, or pass a test administered by the CHP.
- All applicable state and federal licensing requirements.
- Resume (Required Attachment).
- Driving record from the DMV (K4) (Required Attachment).
- California Special Drivers Certificate (Required Attachment).
- CPR & First Aid Certificate (CPR and First Aid courses must be in accordance with the curriculum of the American Heart Association or American Red Cross. Online certifications will not be accepted. A BLS certificate alone does not meet the CPR/First Aid requirement. In addition to BLS you must attach a First Aid Certificate.) (Required Attachment).
