About The Position

Moose Lake Village, a Cassia community, is hiring an on-call Bus Driver in Moose Lake, Minnesota. The Bus Driver drives residents and employees to scheduled outings and events, supporting residents’ access to activities. The role also includes maintaining the bus, completing required MnDOT documentation, and carrying out additional tasks as requested. The wage range is $19.09–$20 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements

• Have a good driving record, with no moving violations in the last two years.
• Pass a MnDOT physical examination.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Have excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be friendly, outgoing, and positive.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience working with people with memory loss and physical disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive the bus for scheduled resident and employee outings.
• Complete MnDOT documentation, including daily logs and quarterly reports.
• Track and schedule bus maintenance.
• Perform daily bus upkeep, including refueling, replenishing washer fluid, and cleaning the bus.
• Complete additional tasks as requested.
