About The Position

DATTCO is hiring a Bus Cleaner for an approximate second-shift schedule of 3 p.m. to 12 a.m. The work schedule is determined at hire and may change based on business needs; flexibility is required. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available. The role involves cleaning and sanitizing buses, fueling them as needed, and moving and parking different types of buses around the facility. Overtime may be required.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid driver's license.
Reliable transportation to and from work.
Must pass an in-yard driving test for all vehicles.
Ability to maneuver large vehicles, including double-decker buses, around the facility.
Ability to operate a fuel pump.
Stamina for physical, detailed work in a fast-paced environment.
Must pass a Human Performance Examination (HPE), physical exam, background investigation, and drug test before hire.
Overtime as required.
Flexible schedule availability as business needs may change the schedule.

Responsibilities

Inspect and clean luggage storage bays, overhead passenger storage areas, windows, and floors.
Empty trash receptacles and remove trash from vehicle interiors.
Brush and vacuum as needed.
Sanitize floors and fixtures.
Clean the exterior of vehicles.
Fuel buses as needed.
Follow OSHA safety rules and promote a safe work environment.
Move and park different types of buses, including maneuvering large vehicles around the facility.
Operate the fuel pump.
