About The Position

Join our team supporting student transportation for local after-school programs. As a Bus Aide, you'll assist students while riding along with a driver to help ensure every trip is safe, caring, and dependable. Some routes support students with special needs, including autism programs. At Easton Coach, we believe every ride matters. Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Dependable and punctual
• Comfortable working with children
• Able to pass background checks, fingerprinting, and required clearances

Nice To Haves

• No driving required.
• No transportation experience required.
• Training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assisting students as they board and exit the vehicle
• Monitoring student safety during transportation
• Supporting the driver in maintaining a safe environment
• Performing child checks after routes
• Communicating with students, drivers, and school staff
