About The Position

Join the Securitas USA team at Burlington Mall in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. The role involves interacting with customers, providing assistance, and helping create a positive shopping experience while maintaining a professional and friendly presence. The position also supports daily operations and helps maintain an organized, attractive, and inviting environment.

Available schedules are Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM, or Saturday–Wednesday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM. The pay rate is $21.63 per hour.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills.
• Previous administrative or reception work is mandatory.
• High level of professionalism.
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for long periods of time.
• Moderate level of computer knowledge.
• Comfortable greeting and talking to new people.
• GED or high school diploma required.
• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to complete all pre-employment requirements before starting.
