About The Position
Perform inspection of working area to ensure there are no safety hazards (trip/ slip hazards). Start Bundler by engaging controls. Sort and place tires on conveyor line to be ran through bundling machine. Make minor adjustments on Bundler and load strapping into Bundler as needed. Observe Bundler machine operations to ensure tires are bundled properly. Bundler operators are required to operate fork-lifts on shifts the bundlers are idle.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 0-2 years of manufacturing experience needed
- Must adhere to safety procedures/ guidelines, including safety wear such as hearing protection and steel toe shoes.
- Must be able to perform various physical tasks, including lifting, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and operating machinery.
