About The Position

The Bundler is responsible for accurately separating and reading job cards, correctly laying out various models of coats and pants, and bundling each piece in the required sequence, ensuring they are stickered appropriately. This role requires a strong understanding of quality standards and the ability to correctly identify different fabrics. The position involves significant physical activity, including prolonged standing, bending, carrying light items, grasping, and repetitive hand motions, along with visual acuity for reading small print.

Requirements

Ability to correctly separate & read the job cards
Ability to correctly lay out each model of coat & pants
Ability to correctly bundle each piece in the required sequence & to sticker them accordingly
Knowledge of quality standards
Ability to correctly identify the required fabric
Ability to maintain body equilibrium to prevent falling when walking, standing, or crouching on narrow, slippery, or erratically moving surfaces (Balancing)
Ability to bend the body downward and forward by bending the spine at the waist (Bending and Stooping)
Ability to physically transport items weighing less than 15 pounds from one location to another (Light Carrying)
Ability to apply pressure to an object with fingers, including the thumb and palm (Grasping)
Ability to perform substantial movements of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers for sustained periods (Repetitive Motion)
Ability to stand for at least 10 hours a day
Sufficient visual acuity to effectively read Job Cards (small print)
