About The Position
The Bundler is responsible for bundling, securing, and staging finished materials after machine processing to ensure safe handling, accurate identification, and readiness for outbound movement. Requirements
- Ability to read part numbers
- Physical capability for repetitive lifting
- Attention to detail and quality handling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Responsibilities
- Bundle processed components per standard work
- Verify all parts in each bundle by checking them off on the wall segment sticker as they are coming out of the machine to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Alert leadership of manufacturing non-conformities.
- Perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
- Handle all finished goods carefully to avoid damaged materials
- Coordinate transportation/handling needs with leadership and forklift operations.
- Maintain and service the banding equipment as needed and communicate consumable needs to leadership.
