About The Position

The Bullock Server provides exceptional table service by delivering food and beverages, anticipating guest needs, and creating a warm, memorable dining experience. The role contributes to the restaurant’s atmosphere, guest satisfaction, and overall success. The server greets guests, takes and fulfills orders, processes payments, maintains menu knowledge, communicates special requests, and helps keep service areas organized and stocked. The position may require varying schedules based on business needs, regular attendance, and participation in mandatory training sessions and meetings.

Requirements

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40–50 pounds as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with POS systems.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and present menus with confidence.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, including dietary preferences.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring quality and presentation.
• Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Process payments accurately using POS systems.
• Maintain thorough menu knowledge and offer recommendations.
• Communicate guest needs or special requests to the kitchen or bar.
• Keep tables and surrounding areas clean, tidy, and stocked.
• Assist with opening, closing, and restocking duties.
• Support team members to ensure timely and coordinated service.
• Address guest concerns professionally and escalate them when needed.
• Maintain regular attendance in conformance with standards.
• Attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
