About The Position

FieldBridge is hiring Bulk Plant Operators in Windsor, Colorado, to manage bulk plant facilities and support the safe, efficient delivery of cementing products and bulk materials to wellsites. Operators blend and mix materials according to job program designs, maintain quality control, coordinate logistics, and follow health, safety, and environmental policies and governmental regulations. The position is entry-level friendly, and prior oilfield experience is not required. Company-provided apartments are available for candidates relocating or traveling for the position. Two positions are available. Compensation is $19.50–$21.50 per hour, based on experience, with weekly pay every Friday. The schedule is a 15-days-on, 6-days-off rotation, and overtime opportunities are available.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 0–1 year of general labor or oilfield experience; entry-level candidates are welcome.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly and perform manual material handling tasks throughout the shift.
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Blend and mix bulk products for timely wellsite delivery in accordance with job program designs; check and calculate required material blend quantities before loading.
• Follow Product Line quality assurance procedures to ensure proper loading and coordinate movement of bulk products to and from locations with the logistics team.
• Assist with monthly inventory counts and complete daily paperwork for goods received and shipped.
• Label and safely store additives, ensure proper disposal of empty drums and pails, and maintain bulk plant equipment through daily inspections.
• Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement programs while observing HSE policies and PPE requirements.
