About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Bulk Loader/Unloader to join the team in Highlands, TX. The role is responsible for loading and unloading bulk materials efficiently and safely, ensuring timely processing and handling of goods. It involves physical labor in an industrial setting with exposure to varying weather conditions and requires adherence to safety standards at all times.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in bulk loading, unloading, or material handling is a plus.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment; certification is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety guidelines.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in bulk loading, unloading, or material handling.
• Forklift or other material handling equipment certification.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload bulk materials from trucks, railcars, or storage containers using appropriate equipment.
• Inspect materials for damage or discrepancies and report issues to supervisors.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to support safety and efficiency.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies during loading and unloading operations.
• Assist with inventory counts and documentation related to bulk shipments.
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to coordinate loading and unloading schedules.
