About The Position

Paraco, a family-owned company that has delivered clean energy for over 50 years, is hiring a Bulk Delivery Driver to deliver propane to residential and commercial customers. The driver is expected to provide outstanding customer service and follow industry safety standards. The role involves outdoor work in all weather and driving conditions, with a Monday–Friday schedule starting at 7:00 AM or earlier.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 1 year of Class A or B CDL experience.
• Valid CDL with Hazardous Materials (H) and Tank Vehicle (N) endorsements, or an X combination endorsement; the license may not have an Air Brakes (L) or (Z) restriction.
• Current DOT Medical Card.
• Clean and safe driving record in full compliance with DOT licensing requirements.
• Ability to lift and carry over 55 pounds regularly throughout the day.
• Ability to bend, climb, reach, and rotate as needed.
• Ability to drag a 175-foot hose across all terrains.

Nice To Haves

• Crane experience.
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and test equipment.
• Basic troubleshooting, problem-solving, and diagnostic skills.
• Previous bobtail delivery experience involving propane, fuel oil, or other hazardous materials.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail, self-direction, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Make safe, punctual, consistent, and reliable daily bulk and cylinder deliveries.
• Participate in and complete all required industry compliance and company training.
• Provide consistent, courteous, and efficient customer service.
• Perform daily vehicle and trailer inspections.
