About The Position
Berger is hiring a Bulk Bag Operator to operate equipment efficiently and maintain a continuous flow of product. The operator makes necessary adjustments to the bulk bagger to ensure the product meets requirements and helps keep the equipment and work area in good condition. This is a permanent position requiring 40 hours per week on a daytime schedule.
Requirements
- Ability to use equipment such as a forklift.
- Physical ability to repeatedly lift 55 lbs.
- Punctual, alert, and dynamic.
- Enjoy working as part of a team.

Responsibilities
- Ensure the bulk bagger runs smoothly by making necessary adjustments so the product meets requirements.
- Verify supply inventory for each shift.
- Prepare pallets for bulk bags.
- Keep equipment and the work environment clean and in good condition.
- Communicate with appropriate personnel about problems or specific demands.
- Perform minor equipment maintenance and participate in troubleshooting.
