About The Position

Novolex is hiring a Bag Machine Operator in Milesburg, Pennsylvania. The role carries out production, inspection, packaging, and machine operation duties. The operator reads and verifies line orders or dockets, sets up machinery, ensures materials are available, monitors production equipment, completes daily production paperwork, and maintains a clean and safe work area while following safety rules and regulations. The schedule is 12-hour swing shifts, rotating monthly between 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.; the rotation changes on the first Monday every other month. Compensation is $21 per hour. Overtime may be required.

Requirements

• Be eligible to work in the United States.
• Successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Work overtime as required.
• Be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.
• Have some machine operating experience.
• Commit to working safely and continuing to learn and develop.
• Satisfactorily complete training courses as determined by management.
