About The Position
Berger is seeking a Bulk Bag Operator to operate equipment efficiently and maintain a continuous flow of product. The operator ensures the bulk bagger runs smoothly and delivers product that meets requirements. This is a permanent position with a 40-hour work week and a daytime schedule.
Requirements
- Ability to use equipment such as a forklift.
- Physical capability to repeatedly lift 55 pounds.
- Punctual, alert, and dynamic.
- Enjoy working as part of a team.

Responsibilities
- Make adjustments as needed to keep the bulk bagger running smoothly and deliver product that meets requirements.
- Verify supply inventory for each shift.
- Prepare pallets for bulk bags.
- Keep equipment and the work environment clean and in good condition.
- Communicate with appropriate personnel about problems or specific demands.
- Perform minor equipment maintenance and participate in troubleshooting.
