About The Position

The Building Technician III is part of the Facilities team and is responsible for the peak performance of critical healthcare facility infrastructure. The role oversees the operation and high-level calibration of integrated utility systems to ensure uptime for life-safety and patient-care environments. As a subject matter expert, the Level III Technician troubleshoots complex failures and optimizes and integrates Building Automation Systems (BAS). The position is located at Cook Children’s Medical Center-Prosper. The role has varying shifts and 40 standard weekly hours. Employees must maintain their primary residence in Texas and keep all licenses and credentials required for the position throughout employment. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
3–5 years of basic general maintenance experience; relevant education may be considered in lieu of a portion of work experience.
Demonstrated proficiency in a Windows environment.
Universal EPA 608 certification.
Maintain a primary residence in Texas and all licenses and credentials required for the position throughout employment.
