Building Technician III
About The Position
The Building Technician III is a member of the Facilities team responsible for maintaining peak performance of the healthcare facility’s critical infrastructure. The role oversees the operation and high-level calibration of integrated utility systems to ensure uptime for life-safety and patient care environments. As a subject matter expert, the Level III Technician provides expert-level troubleshooting for complex failures and optimizes and integrates Building Automation Systems (BAS). The position is based at Medical Center-Prosper in the Maintenance department and has varying shifts with 40 standard weekly hours. Cook Children’s is an equal opportunity employer. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of basic general maintenance experience; relevant education may be considered in lieu of a portion of work experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency in a Windows environment.
- Universal EPA 608 certification.
