Requirements

  • Solid understanding of CCTV, access control, and emergency communication systems
  • Working knowledge of IP-based networks, including configuration and basic troubleshooting
  • Strong computer proficiency, including system software and configuration tools
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to diagnose technical issues independently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel to client sites as required

Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and commission electronic security systems including CCTV, access control, and emergency communication systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues independently, escalating complex problems as required.
  • Perform and oversee routine maintenance, inspections, and system testing to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, maintenance activities, and service records.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable safety standards, codes, and protocols.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients, internal stakeholders, and junior team members.
  • Contribute to system improvements by identifying performance issues and recommending enhancements.
  • Stay current with emerging security technologies, industry standards, and best practices.
