Requirements

Solid understanding of CCTV, access control, and emergency communication systems
Working knowledge of IP-based networks, including configuration and basic troubleshooting
Strong computer proficiency, including system software and configuration tools
Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to diagnose technical issues independently
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel to client sites as required

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and commission electronic security systems including CCTV, access control, and emergency communication systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues independently, escalating complex problems as required.
Perform and oversee routine maintenance, inspections, and system testing to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, maintenance activities, and service records.
Ensure compliance with applicable safety standards, codes, and protocols.
Provide technical support and guidance to clients, internal stakeholders, and junior team members.
Contribute to system improvements by identifying performance issues and recommending enhancements.
Stay current with emerging security technologies, industry standards, and best practices.
