About The Position

U.S. Facilities, Inc., a consolidated facility management service company, is seeking a Building Site Manager for our Trenton, NJ location. The Building Site Manager is responsible for the daily physical maintenance which includes but is not limited to monitoring, maintaining, adjusting and repairing all building HVAC and/or plumbing systems and equipment to allow for the safe and smooth operation of the facility.

Requirements

At least five (2) years of recent (within the last 13 years) experience in directing maintenance operations in a similar facility of at least 50,000 square feet.
Experience with leading advanced maintenance projects.
Experience developing and writing scope of work, schedule, and budget.
Proficiency in using basic MS Office suite software.
Proficiency in using a computerized maintenance management system.
Experience maintaining a database of project information.
Ability to work within a team with a strong customer service orientation and relationship building.
Working knowledge of safety procedures for working with HVAC, electrical and/or plumbing, moving parts, and ladders.
Ability to understand blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Possess a Black Seal Boiler License.

Responsibilities

Daily physical maintenance including monitoring, maintaining, adjusting, and repairing building HVAC and/or plumbing systems and equipment.
Installation, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of boilers, chillers, pumps, air handlers, filters, valves, VAVs, unit ventilators, ductwork, compressors, and digital control systems.
Making installations, modifications, and repairs to new or existing plumbing, pipes, fittings, and drains.
Coordinating maintenance technicians' work assignments.
Generating daily/weekly and monthly work schedules utilizing the USF's CMMS.
Ensuring the Safety and Compliance of USF technicians.
Providing superior customer service and communications as the 'point person' for all issues related to maintenance services.
