About The Position

The Building Services Attendant ensures a clean and safe shopping experience for customers and work environment for team members. Team members work safely and perform duties in accordance with all health, sanitation, and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years and older
• Entry level position: no prior experience required

Responsibilities

• Ensures store and departments are clean and clear of hazards by removing trash, cardboard boxes, and any other obstructions
• Cleans sales floor and departments with floor machine
• Daily cleaning and sanitizing of bathroom facilities, including toilets and sinks
• Daily cleaning of cafeteria counters, tables, and coffee machines
• Restocking necessary items (hand soap, paper products, trash liners, plastic utensils)
• Responds to immediate clean ups throughout the store, when necessary
• Performs basic maintenance work, such a light bulb replacement
• Adheres to all health, sanitation, and safety regulations
• Assists in other duties, as assigned
