About The Position

Evac is a global leader in sustainable technologies and solutions, specializing in water, waste, wastewater, corrosion protection, and freshwater systems. Our technologies address critical global needs driven by climate change, circularity, and water scarcity. We are seeking a commercially driven Sales Manager to lead growth within the supermarket sector and expand our channel and OEM partner network. This high-impact role requires a fearless, driven, and confident individual capable of engaging with C-level stakeholders to accelerate pipeline growth, secure new business, and build strategic relationships.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B sales and business development
  • Strong background in channel and/or OEM partner development and management
  • Fearless and highly driven, with the confidence to engage and influence C-level stakeholders
  • Commercially astute, with the ability to translate strategy into results
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Data-driven, with experience using CRM systems and sales analytics tools
  • Self-starter with a collaborative, cross-functional mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Experience within supermarkets, OEM partnerships, building, HVAC, or energy-related sectors preferred

Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the supermarket sector and OEM partner landscape
  • Develop and grow a high-performing network of channel and OEM partners
  • Manage partner performance, setting clear expectations, KPIs, and growth plans
  • Deliver and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers, including C-suite executives
  • Lead complex sales engagements, confidently navigating high-value, strategic discussions
  • Conduct market research to shape go-to-market strategies and competitive positioning
  • Lead monthly performance reviews with partners and internal sales teams
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Engineering, and Customer teams
  • Own forecasting, regional sales planning, and annual quota setting
  • Monitor and optimise core KPIs including pipeline growth, conversion, and customer satisfaction
