About The Position

Leads, oversees, and performs building custodial services for an assigned level four facility. Operates and maintains boilers, furnaces, air conditioning units, and related equipment. Performs routine building maintenance duties. Leads assistant building operations supervisors, building service workers, and others. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience in operating and maintaining boilers, furnaces, air conditioning units, and related equipment.
• Experience in performing routine building maintenance duties.
• Leadership experience in supervising custodial staff or building service workers.
