Building Materials Sales Rep / Gutter Sales Rep
About The Position
Service Partners is seeking to hire 2 ambitious, motivated Outside Sales Associates to help grow their fast-growing business. One associate will focus on insulation and other essential product sales, while the other will focus exclusively on gutter sales. This role offers the opportunity to manage your own territory with uncapped earnings for top performers. The Outside Sales Representatives will act as business representatives for the insulation and building products distribution division, as well as the gutter division, aggressively growing sales and promoting the brand.
Requirements
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
- 3-5 years of successful outside sales experience.
- Comprehension of construction drawings.
- This is a safety-sensitive position.
Nice To Haves
- General Contractor and Building industry knowledge preferred.
- Knowledge of commercial insulation, building envelope, or building science is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Act as a business representative for our insulation and building products distribution division, as well as our gutter division.
- Aggressively grow sales and promote our brand.
- Build strong relationships.
- Independently manage existing customers and prospecting activity in your territory.
- Provide excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills; both verbal and written.
- Utilize proficient computer skills to process and review dealer orders, requests, and system-generated acknowledgements.
- Perform any other duty, task, or responsibility as assigned.
