About The Position

Malone Ford is hiring a dependable, hardworking individual for a Building & Grounds Maintenance position. The role helps keep the dealership property clean, safe, organized, and presentable by performing seasonal grounds work, cleaning, waste handling, minor repairs, and general upkeep. The position also supports other departments and takes on miscellaneous projects as needed. Work may vary with weather, seasonal demands, and dealership needs, and includes physical work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Plow and maintain parking lots, sidewalks, and entrances during winter months.
• Mow, trim, landscape, and keep the property clean and presentable.
• Collect, transfer, and dispose of used oil and other shop waste in accordance with safety procedures.
• Clean bathrooms, offices, customer waiting areas, showroom floors, and other dealership spaces.
• Perform minor repairs, general upkeep, and preventative maintenance around the property.
• Keep work areas organized, empty trash, and assist with general cleanup.
• Help other departments and take on miscellaneous projects as needed.
