About The Position

DHL Supply Chain is hiring a Building Maintenance associate to maintain the building and facilities, including water, heating, air conditioning, and electrical systems. The role also supports material handling equipment and facility safety, completes maintenance reports, and responds to security or alarm calls as needed.

This position is on the first shift, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The listed pay is $20.75.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of previous facility maintenance experience.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the HVAC system.
• Perform minor water and electrical repairs as needed.
• Carry out preventative maintenance programs.
• Maintain material handling equipment to ensure service reliability.
• Perform maintenance or general carpentry on items such as floors, walls, and doors.
• Ensure all safety equipment is in proper working order.
• Complete required reports after maintenance tasks are completed.
• Answer security or alarm calls as needed.
