About The Position

DHL Supply Chain is hiring a Building Maintenance associate to perform general maintenance of buildings and facilities, including water, heating, air conditioning, and electrical maintenance. The role also supports material handling equipment reliability, preventative maintenance programs, general carpentry, safety equipment readiness, maintenance reporting, and security or alarm calls as needed.

The position is scheduled for first shift, 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Pay is listed as TBD. Requirements

• At least 2 years of previous facility maintenance experience.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous warehouse maintenance experience.
• Experience with forklifts.
• Ability to learn or understand Microsoft Office 365, with aptitude for Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Familiarity with material handling equipment and basic maintenance skills for repairs and preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the HVAC system.
• Perform minor water and electrical repairs as needed.
• Carry out preventative maintenance programs.
• Maintain material handling equipment to ensure service reliability.
• Perform maintenance or general carpentry on floors, walls, doors, and similar items.
• Ensure safety equipment is in proper working order.
• Complete required reports when maintenance tasks are completed.
• Answer security or alarm calls as needed.
