About The Position

This position is responsible for performing routine repairs and maintenance of Kroc buildings and equipment. This includes minor painting, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repair work. The role also involves loading and unloading merchandise, performing grounds keeping work, maintaining Kroc vehicles, and running errands.

Requirements

• High School diploma or G.E.D required.
• Two years of experience in handling minor repairs.
• Good skill in the use of hand and power tools.
• Ability to meet attendance requirements.
• Manual dexterity.
• Ability to perform duties standing, walking, stooping, climbing, lifting and carrying moderate to heavy objects (over 25 lbs.) 70-80 % of work time.

Responsibilities

• Repairs minor plumbing including leaking faucets, clogged drains and toilets.
• Repairs and maintains electrical conduit, wiring, switching devices, controls, outlets, lights, motors, and other equipment.
• Miscellaneous site/building repairs; floors, walls, ceiling tile, site drainage, painting.
• Monitors vehicles and performs services; checks fluid levels; checks tires and services frequently.
