Requirements

Responsibilities
- Performs mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general building repairs.
- Conducts routine checks on the general condition of buildings.
- Moves or assembles furniture.
- Repairs and replaces light bulbs and fixtures.
- Changes air conditioning filters.
- Performs building renovations as needed.
- Repairs HVAC units.
- Participates in emergency management activities during local states of disaster as directed.
