Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Performs mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general building repairs.
  • Conducts routine checks on the general condition of buildings.
  • Moves or assembles furniture.
  • Repairs and replaces light bulbs and fixtures.
  • Changes air conditioning filters.
  • Performs building renovations as needed.
  • Repairs HVAC units.
  • Participates in emergency management activities during local states of disaster as directed.
