Building Maintenance Supervisor - Year Round

Alterra•Winter Park, CO
•$26 - $28•Onsite

About The Position

The Building Maintenance Supervisor leads a three-person maintenance team, working hands-on with two Building Maintenance Technicians and coordinating outside contractors. The team is part of a larger group of 12 maintenance technicians across Winter Park Resort Lodging and is responsible for hotel operations and facilities upkeep at The Vintage Hotel and its surrounding grounds. The Supervisor follows Winter Park policies, applicable federal, state, and local laws, and health and sanitation codes. The role requires performing essential duties satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation. The position seeks a patient, adaptable leader who stays calm when unexpected issues arise and takes pride in quality work. The Supervisor works closely with Housekeeping and Front Desk leaders to resolve issues quickly and coordinate room moves when emergencies or ongoing maintenance take rooms out of service. The role combines supervisory responsibilities with the same hands-on work performed by technicians. This is a year-round position with an hourly pay range of $26–$28, depending on experience and other factors. Work takes place indoors and outdoors, with exposure to harsh and changing mountain weather; noise is usually moderate.
