About The Position

Maintains the racetrack and property by performing routine repairs, painting, and maintenance activities. Replaces HVAC and smoke eater filters, removes snow, ice, and debris from facility entrances and walkways, maintains exterior grounds and the parking lot, and keeps floors clean. Communicates supply inventory status to management and reports repair needs, observed security, environmental, health and safety concerns, and equipment malfunctions. Performs daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks. Other duties may be assigned. Promotes superior guest service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; alternatively, one to three months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Electrical certification required.

• Perform routine repairs, painting, and maintenance at the racetrack and on the property.
• Replace HVAC and smoke eater filters.
• Notify management about needed repairs.
• Remove snow, ice, and debris from facility entrances and walkways.
• Maintain exterior grounds and the parking lot.
• Maintain floor cleanliness.
• Communicate inventory supply status to management.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks.
• Report observed security, environmental, health and safety concerns, and equipment malfunctions.
• Promote superior guest service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
