About The Position

Maintains the racetrack and property by performing routine repairs, painting, and maintenance activities. Replaces HVAC and smoke eater filters; removes snow, ice, and debris from facility entrances and walkways; maintains exterior grounds, the parking lot, and floor cleanliness; and performs daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks. Notifies management of repair needs and communicates inventory supply status. Reports observed security, environmental, health and safety concerns, and equipment malfunctions. Promotes superior guest service. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Electrical certification required.

• Replace HVAC and smoke eater filters.
• Notify management when repairs are needed.
• Remove snow, ice, and debris from facility entrances and walkways.

• Communicate inventory supply status to management.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
