BAE Systems Aerospace and Missions Systems (AMS) is seeking an energy engineer to support energy management across properties in the eastern region. The role is part of the AMS Facilities organization and focuses on developing and advancing the energy management program at multiple sites, helping meet resource-use reduction goals, reducing utility costs, improving environmental performance, and applying new technologies to facility operations. The position serves as an energy management resource for each assigned facility and reports to the Energy and Utility Manager. The engineer works with site teams to identify and develop resource-reduction opportunities, plan and evaluate projects, optimize building operations, and support internal and external audits, commissioning, and environmental reporting. The role also collaborates with the energy management team to pilot technologies and expand the company’s energy management program.
