About The Position
As the Maintenance Technician, you will primarily maintain and repair company equipment. You may also perform general upkeep tasks, including painting and landscaping. This entry-level position offers an opportunity to learn new skills and gain knowledge in maintenance and trades. The position is year-round, with full-time hours available, and housing is available.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Be able and willing to work outside in all weather conditions while completing a variety of tasks.
- Have strong communication, interpersonal, and troubleshooting skills.
- Be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Maintain a strong focus on a safe work environment for yourself and your team.
- Be self-motivated and enjoy a sense of accomplishment.
Nice To Haves
- Mechanical aptitude is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Ensure company assets are maintained and repaired.
- Respond to requests from internal and external guests in a timely manner.
- Prioritize work based on the needs of the team, guests, and business.
- Make recommendations and implement corrective actions to improve facilities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
