About The Position

As a Maintenance Technician, you will primarily maintain and repair company equipment. You may also handle general upkeep and aesthetics, including painting and landscaping. This entry-level position offers an opportunity to learn new skills and gain knowledge in various aspects of maintenance and trades. This is a year-round, full-time position, with housing available.

Requirements

At least 18 years of age, subject to applicable restrictions on work activities for minors.
Able and willing to work outside in all weather conditions while completing a variety of tasks.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Strong focus on maintaining a safe work environment for yourself and your team.
Self-motivated and enjoys a sense of accomplishment.

Maintain and repair company assets.
Respond to requests from internal and external guests in a timely manner.
Prioritize work based on the needs of the team, guests, and business.
Recommend and implement corrective actions to improve facilities.
Complete general upkeep tasks such as painting and landscaping.
Perform other duties as assigned.
