About The Position

This entry-level position is a great opportunity to learn new skills and gain knowledge in many aspects of maintenance and trades. As the Maintenance Technician, you will primarily focus on the maintenance and repairs of company equipment. You may also complete the general upkeep of aesthetics, such as painting and landscaping.

Requirements

• Able and willing to work outside in all weather conditions while completing a variety of different tasks
• Strong communication, interpersonal and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Have a strong focus on a safe work environment for yourself and your team.
• Mechanical aptitude is an asset
• Suits a self-motivated person that enjoys a sense of accomplishment

Responsibilities

• Ensure that company assets are maintained and repaired
• Respond to requests from internal and external guests in a timely manner
• Prioritize work based on the needs of team, guests and the business
• Make recommendations and implement corrective actions to improve facilities
• Other duties as assigned
