About The Position

Transteck, Inc. is seeking a Building Maintenance employee for their Freightliner of Hagerstown dealership. This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dealership facilities, including minor building repairs.

Requirements

• Must pass background & criminal records check, physical exam and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor building repairs.
• Maintain dealership cleanliness.
• Clean and maintain organized break room.
• Check restrooms for supplies and cleanliness.
• Ensure floors and equipment are free of dirt, grease, and fluid.
• Ensure aisles, doorways, electrical panels, and fire extinguishers are free from blockages.
• Ensure emergency exits are unlocked and free of blockages each day.
• Maintain a clean and hazard-free dealership lot and common area.
