About The Position

We are a premier tool manufacturer looking for a reliable Maintenance Technician to keep our facility and machinery running at peak performance. You will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of our buildings, grounds, machinery, fixtures, and utilities. Working under supervision, you will ensure our production environment remains safe and efficient.

Requirements

Minimum of 6 months in a production environment with specific machine maintenance experience of at least 2 years.
Ability to use simple arithmetic (decimals and fractions) and interpret simple drawings.
Familiarity with measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and scales.
A solid work history (longevity on resume) is required.
Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
Requires sustained physical effort and continuous activity.
You will frequently work with light to average-weight materials in a fast-paced environment.
Requires constant alertness and diversified mental attention to ensure safety and precision.

Responsibilities

Assist in the installation and repair of production machines, fixtures, and facility utilities.
Work from plant drawings, machine layouts, and sketches using detailed instructions.
Utilize a variety of hand and portable power tools to complete tasks.
Work closely with the maintenance team during equipment moves or large-scale installations.
Maintain a clean work area and ensure all assigned equipment is kept in good working order.
