About The Position
Join the Pine Haven Team! Pine Haven Christian Communities is looking for a Part-Time Building Maintenance Technician to help keep our campuses safe, comfortable, and running smoothly. This role involves tackling everyday repairs, maintaining buildings and grounds, handling work orders, assisting with building systems, and collaborating with teammates and contractors. An on-call rotation for occasional emergencies is also part of the role.
Requirements
- Driving record which meets insurance company guidelines
- Prior experience in building maintenance
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities
- Tackle everyday repairs (drywall, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC)
- Keep buildings clean, safe, and well-maintained
- Handle work orders and respond to maintenance requests promptly
- Help care for grounds, walkways, and seasonal needs (snow/salting support)
- Assist with building systems (HVAC, fire safety, sprinklers)
- Work with teammates and contractors to get the job done
- Be part of an on-call rotation for occasional emergencies
