About The Position

GRBS is hiring a part-time, second-shift Building Lead for a school in Vicksburg Community Schools. The role is Monday through Friday, 3:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., and pays $16.50 per hour. The Building Lead helps maintain clean and secure school buildings, trains new hires, coordinates staffing, checks in with customers, and monitors cleaning quality. Cleaning tasks include vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning restrooms, removing trash, and other assigned duties. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, have valid ID, and have reliable transportation to and from work each day. Due to Michigan public school requirements, applicants with theft-, violence-, or drug-related backgrounds will not qualify for employment. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must possess valid ID.
Must have reliable transportation to and from work each day.

Responsibilities

Train new hires in building-cleaning procedures.
Confirm and communicate staffing.
Conduct customer check-ins.
Ensure cleaning quality by checking work, performing walk-throughs, and taking daily pictures.
Secure the building.
Vacuum, mop, and dust.
Clean restrooms.
Remove trash.
Perform other cleaning tasks as assigned.
