Requirements

Ability to determine the neatness, accuracy, and thoroughness of the work assigned.
Must comply with proper safety policies and procedures.
Must be able to report to work each day and on time.
Must be able to work extra hours when needed.
Must be able to work during school breaks and summer.

Nice To Haves

Experience in commercial cleaning.
Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.
Customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Cleans and disinfects sinks, countertops, toilets, mirrors, floors, etc. in restrooms and replenishes bathroom supplies.
Sweeps, mops, vacuums, floors using brooms, mops, and vacuum cleaners. May also be responsible for scrubbing, waxing, and polishing floors.
Cleans and disinfects sinks, countertops, tables, chairs, refrigerators, etc. in break rooms/kitchenettes and replenishes supplies.
Dusts furniture, equipment, partitions, etc.
Empties wastebaskets and recyclables and transports them to the disposal area.
Cleans rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture using a vacuum cleaner.
Washes walls and woodwork.
Washes windows, door panels, partitions, sills, etc.
Performs deep cleaning of facilities, especially during summer months.
Reports to work on time and works extra hours when needed.
Complies with proper safety policies and procedures.
Provides excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
Determines the neatness, accuracy, and thoroughness of assigned work.
