The Operations Lead is a critical role within the store leadership team, responsible for driving and coaching towards profitability and efficiency. This role works closely with the Operations & Visual Manager to initiate tasks, delegate work, and provide feedback to the team to achieve optimal results and support total store operations. The Operations Lead will manage inventory processes, investigate accuracy issues, oversee key operational functions like shipment and receiving, and champion visual standards. They will also support a safe and efficient work environment through strong stockroom management. Additionally, the Operations Lead partners with management to handle reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities. They are expected to demonstrate strong business acumen by leveraging metrics to support business-driving strategies and move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill the needs of the business, team, and guests. This role also involves leading by example, inspiring staff in daily operations and guest experience, directly overseeing Operations Associates, and being responsible for talent recruitment and development. They will use company performance tools to evaluate associates and provide feedback for growth. The Operations Lead collaborates with other leads to ensure cross-functional training and business execution, and executes company-level operations directives and projects.
