The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales performance. This role involves supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting the Store Manager in achieving store sales goals and maximizing profitability through effective assistance with the management of the store team and implementation of company programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Acting as a positive role model to all store employees, representing and supporting the Diesel brand and values.
  • Continuously improving and developing specific management skills by taking ownership of responsibilities assigned by the Store Manager (e.g., customer service, merchandising, operations), managing the team, and performing certain Store Manager responsibilities in the Store Manager’s absence.
  • Exercising discretion and independent judgment in the day-to-day management of salespersons and key functional areas.
  • Performing omni channel services and initiatives.
