About The Position

The BIM Manager – BWRX-300 Nuclear Reactor Building establishes and governs the Building Information Modeling (BIM) execution strategy for the DNNP-1 Reactor Building and associated BWRX-300 standard plant design. Serving as the DNNP-1 Reactor Building Model Coordinator, the role is accountable for BIM coordination, model integration, clash detection, and data management across multiple engineering disciplines and organizations. The role focuses on defining and maintaining the BIM Execution Plan and managing the federated digital model environment in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC). It oversees integration of discipline-specific models from GVH, Sargent & Lundy, subcontractors, and project partners, ensuring that models, metadata, and design deliverables comply with GVH information governance policies, data standards, and configuration control requirements. The BIM Manager interfaces with internal design teams, external engineering partners, subcontractors, project partners with shared physical layout ownership, and GVH Design Authority. The position supports design accuracy, constructability, and lifecycle data continuity across engineering, construction, and eventual operations of the BWRX-300 plant. The role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information; any applicable final offer depends on the ability to obtain U.S. Government authorization for such access. The position also involves a client’s critical infrastructure and shortlisted candidates are subject to heightened security checks. Travel of 25–40% is required to collaborate with design and construction partners.
