About The Position

Requirements

• At least 3 years of construction experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate construction crews on agricultural, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Coordinate daily jobsite activities to keep projects on schedule.

• Read blueprints and oversee project execution.
