About The Position
Fox Cities Builders is seeking a hands-on Building Foreman to lead crews on agricultural, commercial, and industrial construction projects. The role involves coordinating daily jobsite activities, overseeing project execution, and helping ensure projects are completed on schedule with quality workmanship, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction. The Foreman will mentor crew members, manage jobsite resources, and communicate with Superintendents, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders. This opportunity is suited to a natural leader who enjoys outdoor work, solving problems, and contributing to tangible construction results.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of construction experience.
- Ability to read blueprints and construction plans.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and customer service.
- Valid driver's license.

- Prior Foreman, Crew Leader, or other leadership experience.
