As an Associate in our Restoration & Renewal Practice, you will lead complex projects, manage multidisciplinary teams, mentor staff, and expand client relationships. You will combine advanced building envelope and architectural expertise with strategic leadership to enhance project outcomes, advance firm initiatives, and guide projects involving renovation, restoration, adaptive reuse, and historic preservation. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Professional licensure as an Architect.
  • 8+ years of architectural experience in renovation, restoration, adaptive reuse, or historic preservation projects.
  • Demonstrated technical judgment, with the ability to solve complex problems and guide project approach, scope, and priorities.
  • Leadership that inspires others through mentoring, empowerment, and effective communication, while expanding your client-facing presence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead building envelope evaluations, system upgrades, and renovation projects from assessment through delivery.
  • Serve as the trusted technical expert for clients, providing clear and confident guidance on architectural and envelope challenges.
  • Grow and mentor a high-performing team, raising the technical bar and developing future leaders.
  • Expand client relationships and support business development initiatives, including proposal development and strategic planning.
  • Influence practice strategy through technical and leadership contributions.
