About The Position
The primary duties of this role involve maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the building through daily cleaning tasks. This includes a range of routine, weekly, monthly, and seasonal duties to ensure a well-kept environment.
Requirements
- Ability to work on a ladder if needed
- Able to lift 50lbs +
- Prior cleaning experience is preferred.
Nice To Haves
- Able to run a scrubber / buffer / carpet cleaner
- Change filters
Responsibilities
- Clean floors (Mop/Sweep)
- Clean windows, mirrors, walls and other frequently used surfaces
- Empty and Re-line trash cans
- Sanitize bathrooms, office workspaces and other areas deemed necessary
- Restock essential facility supplies, such as toilet paper and hand soap
- Wash Dishes / Load and Unload Dishwasher
- Work indoors or outdoors, perform lawn care or pickup and sweep outside building
- Paint / Wallpaper if needed
- Dust all areas of the building
- Create a duties checklist that will be adhered to
- Perform minor repairs, such as replacing light bulbs and assist with other repairs as needed
- Maintain janitorial equipment, such as vacuum and cart in good condition
- Change bag or canister as needed
- Safely mix and use chemicals per specification
- Follows safety rules and precautions
- Adheres to company policies and procedures
