OB Macaroni | Building Concierge

M2G Ventures, LLCFort Worth, TX

About The Position

OB Macaroni is more than an address. A historic three-floor building reimagined for the people who work within it, it carries a sense of place: a feeling that this is a building that knows you, anticipates you, and is glad you have arrived. The Building Concierge is the keeper of that feeling. This is the most visible role in the building and its quiet center of gravity. You are the first face our tenants and their guests see. The reason the day moves without friction. You set the tone of every interaction, sense what a space or a person needs before it is asked for. You hold the entire environment - three floors, three breakrooms, every shared space - to a standard that feels effortless precisely because it is so carefully kept. Every detail, seen and unseen, is part of the same standard you keep. We are hiring for a temperament as much as a résumé: someone for whom hospitality is instinct, not performance, and who finds genuine satisfaction in the small, intuitive acts of care that make a place feel exceptional.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years in concierge, hospitality, property management, executive support, or a comparable guest-facing role.
  • Experience in luxury hotel, luxury residential, commercial office, or multi-tenant building environments is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with AV and conferencing technology, including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and in-room display systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling or room-booking platforms.
  • Availability to work a consistent full-time schedule, with reliability and accountability to building operating hours of 8:00am – 5:30pm (Monday – Friday)
  • Hospitality is instinct. Warm and service-oriented by nature, you take real pleasure in creating exceptional experiences for others, and it shows in every interaction.
  • A craftsperson of detail. You hold high standards for the physical environment and feel genuine ownership over how shared spaces look and function.
  • A proactive problem-solver. You anticipate, resolve independently, and follow through. You would rather prevent a problem than report one.
  • Poised under pressure. Polished, composed, and discreet in every communication, with the judgment to handle sensitive moments gracefully.
  • Technically capable. Fluent with AV systems, video conferencing platforms, and meeting-room technology, and quick to learn building-management and reservation tools.
  • Organized to the core. You can hold many priorities, spaces, and people in motion at once without dropping the thread: reliable, accountable, and exacting about detail.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and first impression for every tenant, guest, visitor, and vendor across all three floors and common areas.
  • Deliver a consistent, concierge-level experience that reflects the quality, culture, and standards of the building and its ownership.
  • Welcome and assist everyone who enters with warmth, poise, and genuine attentiveness, anticipating needs before they surface and resolving issues quickly and gracefully, with minimal friction.
  • Manage tenant phone coverage on a dedicated building line: receiving, screening, and routing calls to the right tenant or team member.
  • Hold every common area, lobby, breakroom, and shared space to a guest-ready, immaculate presentation from open to close.
  • Maintain all three breakrooms and shared areas a minimum of three times daily: refrigerators stocked, snacks and beverages replenished, dishes cleared and cleaned, surfaces reset, every space presentable throughout the building day.
  • Monitor shared spaces continuously and coordinate the immediate resolution of any cleanliness, maintenance, or operational concern before a tenant ever has to mention it.
  • Own the readiness of every meeting and conference room across all three floors, including a hands-on inspection of tables, credenzas, and surfaces so each room meets the building's presentation standard before the first guest arrives.
  • Ensure all meeting-room technology is fully operational ahead of use: displays, video conferencing, microphones, speakers, and connectivity, with daily checks to confirm systems work and cabling is organized.
  • Serve as the on-site resource for AV and conferencing support (Teams, Zoom, and in-room systems), assisting and troubleshooting live during meetings as needed.
  • Establish clear booking protocols and signage, coordinate with technology vendors and managed-service providers, and offer light orientation to tenants on room systems and reservations.
  • Curate and coordinate the conveniences that make tenant life easier: lunch and catering orders, conference-room setup, package and Amazon pickup, mobile car wash scheduling, dry cleaning, beverage service, and other tenant-requested services.
  • Handle hospitality logistics for tenant meetings and guests, from welcoming protocols to room preparation, with a standard of polish that feels personal.
  • Coordinate with property management, janitorial teams, maintenance, and service vendors to keep the building running smoothly and issues resolved proactively.
  • Manage mail and package receipt and distribution, deliveries, and outgoing shipments for the building.
  • Maintain building-wide inventory for breakrooms, common areas, and operations, ordering ahead to prevent shortages, and keep clean logs of room bookings, vendor visits, maintenance requests, and supply levels.
  • Support building access protocols, visitor check-in, and the daily operational flow.
  • Build genuine, professional relationships with every tenant and their teams, and serve as their day-to-day point of contact for common areas, hospitality, meeting rooms, and building experience.
  • Communicate building updates, policies, and announcements clearly and professionally.
  • Collect tenant feedback, escalate needs to building management, and help plan and execute building-wide events and community moments that make OB Macaroni feel like a place people belong to.
