About The Position

HTS Engineering Ltd. is an independent commercial HVAC manufacturers’ representative with 20 locations in the United States and Canada. The Building Automation Service Specialist executes digitalization and standard service operations strategies and works with internal service team members, including Service Sales, Client Service Managers, Service Coordinators, and RAM Digital Service Center personnel.

The specialist follows safety requirements outlined by Siemens and customers, completes assigned training, and adheres to mandatory policies, procedures, and standards. The role may involve coordinating with contractors at job sites and maintaining tools and test equipment. Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience servicing electronic control or HVAC equipment.
• Electro-mechanical experience, either through a previous role or education.
• User PC and software skills.
• Ability and willingness to work in varied circumstances, including climbing ladders, scaffolds, and high-lift equipment, and working in ducts, crawl spaces, roofs, basements, above ceilings, and varied conditions.

Responsibilities

• Execute digitalization and standard service operations strategies.
• Work with internal service team members, including Service Sales, Client Service Managers, Service Coordinators, and RAM Digital Service Center personnel.
• Follow safety requirements outlined by Siemens and customers.
• Successfully complete assigned training as outlined in the training path.
• Follow mandatory policies, procedures, and standards.
• Coordinate with contractors on job sites when needed.
• Maintain tools and test equipment.
